Dr. Maureen Orey, CPLP
An engaging international speaker, expert facilitator and executive coach, Dr. Orey's passion is to work with business leaders in local businesses, Fortune 50 organizations and non-profit associations . She helps them to stay afloat by improving their communication and leadership skills to build a diverse and resilient team. She is the published author of four books: 101 Ideas for an Influential Presentation (Learniappe, 2014), Communication Skills Training (ASTD Press, 2005 & 2015) and Successful Staffing in a Diverse Workplace (1995)

Dr. Orey is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), and was a Pilot Pioneer for that certification with the American Society for Training and Development. She is certified in Servant Leadership from the San Diego Leadership Institute, and is a certified facilitator of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Effective Project Management and Crucial Conversations. She holds a M. Ed from the University of San Diego, a B.A in Psychology from San Diego State University, and recently completed her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

Her clients include Fortune 50 and 500 companies such as Boeing, Sony and Rolls Royce, as well as ATD, Scripps Healthcare, the US Navy, US Forest Service and more.. Maureen has been recognized as "Outstanding Instructor of the Year" by SDSU's College of Extended Studies, and the 2014 Finalist for Excellence in Customer service with the San Diego Chamber of Commerce.

Born and raised in San Diego, Maureen is a proud mother of three children. She is passionate about achieving a great work/life balance. In an effort to stay fit and healthy Maureen has earned her Black Belt in Tang Soo Do, and is an amateur body builder in her spare time.. which lately isn't much!

Dr. Sherrill Lambruschini
Sherrill facilitates conversations with groups of new and emerging leaders to generate mindset shifts that help them be a more effective leader and do their best work! She exudes passion and trustworthiness while creating safe spaces for leaders to show up authentically. Dr. Sherrill partners with organizations to design and develop learning solutions that are specifically about developing leaders.

Debra Landers
Debra has over twenty-five years of varied experience in the organization development, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.  
Debra is currently an independent consultant, working with clients to establish inspiring visions and develop strategies to achieve the visions. She works with her clients to create a culture of engagement, and supports this with organizational transformation models, development workshops, and coaching. 
She is passionate about helping organizations and individuals stretch to their fullest potential.  
She holds an Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington, and a Masters of Business from the International Institute of Information Management, as well as numerous professional certifications.
Dr. Lauren Keith
Dr. Lauren Keith is a human performance specialist helping leaders maximize their results through better management of their teams. She is experienced in leadership and employee assessment, leadership and management coaching and development, organizational surveys, and human performance management. Lauren is also an experienced trainer and public speaker. She has over 20 years’ experience, most extensively with financial institutions and utility companies. 
In the course of her work, Lauren provides support to Executives regarding more effective communication with employees and key decision makers, implementing more effective evaluation systems, and being more of a role model and key resource to allow those around him or her to perform at their very best. She has helped develop and implement competency models, coaching programs and employee surveys. 
She received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 1995 and has earned several coaching certifications over the years. She served on the Board for the American Society for Training and Development for 4 years and is a member of the Women’s Speaker’s Association.   

Sharon Lieder, MBA
Sharon Lieder is an Organization Development and Performance Consultant specializing in organizational effectiveness, leadership development and strategic planning. After receiving her MBA from UCLA, she joined TRW Systems where she was involved in one of the early organizational development programs.

Sharon was a senior consultant for MOHR Development, a firm specializing in the behavioral modeling approach to performance development. As a Master Trainer, she coached and certified trainers as well as developing participant materials and trainer guides. 

As a former Feedback Coach for the Center for Creative Leadership, she provided coaching to executives in several of the Center's programs. Sharon is an adjunct lecturer at the University of San Diego’s School of Business teaching Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. She was also affiliated with the Professional Development Center at San Diego State University both teaching and consulting. 

Sharon has extensive experience in system change projects in the private and public sector. She is an experienced executive coach skilled in number of assessment instruments. Her facilitation skills are utilized by executive and project teams as well as Boards of Directors.
Gabriela Alvarez-Pollack
Gabriela is an executive leader with expertise in all facets of training, organizational development, and implementation of learning strategies within high-profile corporations. She is skilled in collaborating with all members of the organization to achieve business and financial objectives. Gabby has been instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing solutions through workable learning objectives and outcomes that can be smoothly and effectively implemented.

Universidad Iberoamericana del Norte, Masters Degree in Organizational Development, Universidad del Valle de Mexico, BA in Business Administration and graduated Suma Cum Laude.
